    Once you have made your massage or energy work
    appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance if you
    must change or cancel it, so we may accommodate other
    clients in that time slot.  Missing appointments repeatedly or
    without notice may unfortunately result in a bill for the missed
    time.  While we understand that emergencies and forces of
    nature do arise, we appreciate communication about those
    circumstances.

    If you must arrive late to your session, the session price
    remains the same, and we can work together for the time
    remaining in your appointment.

    Payment is due at the time of service, unless other
    arrangements have been made in advance.  We accept  
    cash, credit cards, money orders, and personal checks.    We
    do not bill insurance companies, but we are always happy to
    provide you with a receipt to send to your insurance
    company or healthcare savings plan.

    Massage, bodywork, and energy healing are very beneficial
    and available to people of all ages, including children.  Any
    person age 16 and older may make their own appointments;
    those age 15 and under must have a parent or guardian
    schedule the appointment and accompany them to it.  
    Consent forms must be signed by a parent or guardian for all
    clients under age 18.
